  • Is it safe and secure to purchase from HARWEX?
    Our website is 100% safe and secure in terms of customers data and their personal information’s, also our website is https, indicates that our website is secure from any online threads and is safe to do any kind of online transactions.
  • How many days it takes to ship an order once the order is confirmed?
    If the product is available in our current stock then it takes 24 to 72 working hours to ship the product, dispatch may get delay in offers periods or at vacations.
  • What is your return and refund policy?
    We accept return request only if the product delivered by us is in damage condition, wrong product sent, product in dead condition or product is defective. Buyers will have 3 days and 7 days (7 days is applicable on purchase of a complete PC set) after delivery to inform us in case of any dispute in the order to claim for return. If the seal of the product is opened and the product is not faulty then return will not be applicable.
  • How we will receive our refund and in how many days?
    If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in same account by which the payment was done, in case of BANK TRANSFER orders refunds will be done only in buyers bank account. Refunds usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account. For more details please refer to our refund policy.
  • Will I receive every updates of my order?
    We update every status of your order is your order history as well as in your mail, from where you can track every status of your order, once the product is shipped we will update the tracking details also.
